SITE ADVISORY

Last November 23, 2012, we experienced some intermittent slowdowns at the e-Learning site. Our service provider, BNSHosting, has pinpointed a problem at the hardware node of the server where the e-Learning site is hosted. The problem has since been addressed but necessitated that the host bring up the previous day's backup. As such, new enrollees may have to ask again for the enrollment key; recently confirmed users may have to be confirmed again; those who completed the end of module tests may have to retake the tests. We apologize for this unexpected incident.
