I really appreciate this program of DA. However, I have a problem with getting the key the Mobile Number 0920946AGRI where we are supposed to send our Name and the Course seems not to be working. Then there's the Names given to give us the key. LADYLYN R. JOSE - she is very responsive in all of my inquiries however today, she is offline and I fully understand.
EMER DEÑADO - I have been sending inquiries to this person but got no reply. I don't know if he is still with the agency or whatever. I see him online but there is no response.
In order to make this training, maybe it is better if you remove the issuance of keys. Or maybe automate it. |

Thank you for your suggestion. However, we have limited staff to attend to our clients considering there are multiple channels where we can be reached. With this, we use first-come, first-serve basis. We'll consider this for the improvement of our services. |
