The e-Learning Portal continues to make waves

With more than 23 elearning courses delivered in SCORM format and some more digital learning resources available online, the e-elearning portal of the Philippine e-Extension Program now belongs to Moodle's list with large installations ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 users together with other countries.

Yes Mercelee, pwede man gyud. You can readily set it up if you've got servers in Brokenshire College. If it's free hosting you're looking for, search for those that offer free database access (like MySQL) and PHP. Otherwise, if it's just for development and you're looking for something to explore Moodle with, you can try NineHub. You may want to take a look also at Keytoschool.com where they say they host Moodle for free, looks interesting though I haven't tried it yet.
